What Is It?
HologramZoo.dk is a family entertainment centre just like a normal zoo except all the animals are hologram projections made out of laser light, It’s a great place for kids. And soon, It also does children's birthday parties.
Go through new hi tech hologram tunnels where the animals come off the walls and fly around in the air with you. it is both a Zoo and an Aquarium. It's the first of its kind in europe top and known as the top tourist attraction down under!
These tunnels project real depth so it looks like you are in another place. We also have fenced animal areas where the animals act alive and project upwards from the ground. It's educational for learning about nature and animals. It's also one of the best experience to do in Copenhagen area for kids!
Another attraction is the sky roof. In this area, you shrink down so the animals are giants they walk over the glass above you. when you visit the hologram zoo you'll go through 5 tunnels, you'll see 5 giant sky roof rooms, and 10 different fenced animals. It’s a giant indoor theme park!
There are different shows where you go to different countries like Africa, the North Pole, Asia, and Australia. We will keep updating new content throughout each year. You can also go back in time and visit the dinosaurs. A day out for the young or elderly! And it's something cheap to do in the Copenhagen area. The prices start from 199.-dkk per person.
Different shows are on at different times of the year. Each show goes for around 40 minutes. At the end, you'll get a small cardboard holographic-style gift to take home with you. Perfect for school excursions or after-school care activities!

At the end of the show, you get a free cardboard hologram. This is a new technology that projects a small hologram-style object in a box.

Absolutely not! Virtual Reality involves wearing screens over your eyes, and it’s known to cause motion sickness in over 50% of users. Holograms, on the other hand, represent an entirely distinct technology where objects appear to float in the real world without the associated motion sickness issues commonly seen in Virtual Reality.
There is no violence or animals dying, some parts might be scary for very young or sensitive children.
Many of the scenes have been purposefully designed to be peaceful and awe-inspiring. However, some children may be scared in some scenes.
Yes, we found that everyone loved Holoverse very much, and we decided to find a new location with even more space so we can make the holograms even bigger and better!
No. Holographic water is projected with laser light, it looks real, but you don’t get wet!
No. Companion card holders and young children are automatically included in any booked session. When you book, just quote the number of other persons who will be attending. Please bring your concession card on the day.
Yes, it is in a shopping centre so there is lots of close parking and toilets, and all of our attractions are entirely wheelchair-friendly.
